Joint-Stock company “Dzerzhinsk Sewing Factory “Eliz’ is one of the major enterprise of the Republic of Belarus specialized in manufacturing men’s shirts, shirts for children, lady’s blouses and other products of the light assortment.

The production of men’s shirts makes up the highest percentage in the total production volume.

Annually the production of new assortment is being developed: skirts, trousers, coats, ties, dresses, jackets, etc. using other types of fabric: denim, fleece ,chiffon.

Men’s shirts are being manufactured from the modern high quality fabrics, fusing materials, sewing threads and accessories that have been controlled by the specialists and passed through the physics –mechanical testing.

While producing men’s shirts and the garments of a new assortment not only the unificated but the complicated making and constructions are being used.

The enterprise is supplied with modern equipment: SAPR ‘Lectra System”, laying complex “Bullmer”, fusing and steam equipment of the companies “Veit”, “Kannegisser”, “Reliant”, “Mayer”, sewing machines “Pfaff”, “Juki”, “Durkoph -Adler”, “Brother”.

Technology of making of the front and sleeve vent, sleeve and side seams stitching, folding and packing of the garments have been improved by the installation of the new equipment.

Purposeful work on technical re-equipment and application of the modern technologies, use of new kinds of raw materials allow to provide the steady work on the market, to extend the assortment, to improve the quality and consumer properties of the garments. Due to that the factory has long-time contracts on CMT (cutting-making-trimming) terms, on construction and design developing services with the companies from United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Russia.

Technical standard of the enterprise, intellectual potential of the specialists, high-qualified personnel allow to provide the production process, which meets the demands of consumers and corresponds the appropriate standardized documentation.

The garments of the enterprise are produced under the following trade marks such as “Tino Aretty”, “Leonardo”, “Eliz”, “Ýëèç”.

The trade mark “Tino Aretty” - are elegant men’s shirts for ceremonial and romantic occasions. The garments are distinguished by the complicated cutting, decorative details, “fly-tie” collars.

Under the trade mark “Leonardo” the shirts of first class are produced from the fabric of high quality with the high content of natural fiber.

The collection of men’s shirts and ties for the contemporary young people who appreciate the quality and follow the fashion tendencies is combined into the trade mark “Eliz”.

The men’s shirts and shirts for children for daily wearing with using of non-creasing fabric (chemical fiber up to 65%), various color spectrum are produced under the trade mark “Ýëèç”.

At JSC “Dzerzinsk Sewing Factory “Eliz” the management system of design and construction developing, manufacturing of men’s shirts, shirts for children and lady’s blouses has been established and certificated according to the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001. 

The output products correspond to the requirements of technical normative and legal acts: ÃÎÑÒ 30327-95; ÃÎÑÒ 25294-91; ÃÎÑÒ 25295-91.

Various certifications and diplomas have been awarded to the products of the company for the high quality and a broad assortment of the garments.

 In 2005 JSC “Dzerzhinsk Sewing Factory “Eliz” became a prize-winner of the following competitions :

-“The best goods of the Republic of Belarus” (nomination “Men’s shirts under the trademark “Leonardo”).

-“The Government Premium for the achievements in the area of quality system”.
